In this episode, we discuss coffee with Paul Graff, business owner and coffee roaster.

We break down the fundamentals of "Third Wave" coffee, the drive to start a coffee shop in a rural community that embodies those fundamentals, engaging in direct trade with coffee farmers, the focus on the flavor profiles of Single Origin coffee beans, and quality coffee roasting and preparation. 

Paul started roasting coffee in 2010, and began Twin Beans Coffee Co. in 2012 in Twin Falls, Idaho.
